Make Your Mark
* Grow NSW through scheduled visits, demos and tidy quoting with production houses, venues, schools, and hire companies.
* Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across the territory.
* Healthy pipeline, prompt follow‐ups, accurate forecasting and crisp documentation and reporting.
* Build trust and win spec ins across key accounts and projects using our brand portfolio.
* Manage and follow up on inbound enquiries, negotiate terms, and close opportunities with confidence.
* Team up nationally: plug into campaigns, stock planning and launches; represent Showtools at key industry events across NSW.
* Travel across NSW for planned client meetings (company vehicle provided).
* Partner with marketing: follow up leads quickly, share NSW market intel, and capture demo photos and video for case studies and socials, quick approvals and tidy feedback loops so marketing can move fast while you close.
Bring Your Best
* Proven B2B sales experience in entertainment lighting, staging, AV, or event production equipment (or closely related technical sales).
* Relationship builder for Sydney and NSW: steady pace with clients, sharp pace internally, deadlines met without the drama.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, confident demos and clear product recommendations.
* Commercial polish: clear comms, neat quoting, negotiation, and follow‐through.
* Organised and self‐driven: time management, multitasking, and accurate reporting and CRM hygiene.
* Comfortable working independently and adapting to market changes, while collaborating with a national team.
* Sydney‐based with a valid driver's licence.
