**The Role**:
We are currently seeking a Property Management Assistant to assist with delivering a 5 star service to their loyal clientele. You will be supporting their team with their executive portfolio and assisting with guest relations. Your day to day duties will include:
- Assisting the Property Managers with their portfolio of short term holiday apartments
- Leasing properties & preparing leases
- Conducting ingoing & outgoing inspections
- Assisting with administration
- Customer enquiries
- Chasing up payments from guests
- Operations of the business
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong administration and organizational skills
- North shore area knowledge
- Have a keen interest in property
