Site Supervisor

With sustained growth, we are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead site operations with a focus on safety and quality. You will oversee projects in line with programme and cost parameters, deliver high-quality buildings, and contribute to our success and growth in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
Oversee operations on site in accordance with project programs and budgets
Ensure trades operate safely and deliver in line with contractual obligations
Follow all Health, Safety, Environment and Quality processes and legislative requirements and instil a safety culture on site
Use our Hammertech system to capture and report on site operations
Undertake regular Health and Safety reviews
Run daily pre-start meetings
Identify and proactively manage risks and non-compliance issues
Ensure all relevant inductions, records, registers and licenses are in place for people and plant on site
Coach and mentor Graduates and junior team members on site
What You'll Bring
Genuine passion for the construction industry and a focus on safety
Experience as a Site Supervisor, ideally in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 environment
Understanding of best practice construction and safety methodologies
Track record of safe and high-quality delivery of construction projects
Experience across a range of project types and industries, e.g. commercial, residential and education, including new build projects (desirable)
Ability to supervise and influence construction teams, subcontractors and consultants
Experience with Hammertech or similar safety systems (desirable)
Collaborative approach and a focus on teamwork
Ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
