About You: We're seeking an individual with 2+ years of experience in fast-paced customer service roles, intermediate knowledge of inventory systems like Dear/Cin7 or similar, plus Shopify, HubSpot CRM, Helpdesk tools, and G-Suite. You'll need strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and a genuine desire to help people.
