- Our Energy division is currently seeking two Offshore Site Administrators to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative services directly to project/site teams.
- Organise information into forms, registers, reports or databases.
- Prepare information for dissemination to others; maintain and update records
- Respond to information requests from suppliers, divisional services and the project team.
- Works cooperatively with others to accomplish project/site goals.
- Adapt to change; manage stress; and persist toward goals despite obstacles.
- Flexibility as well as the capacity to communicate confidently at all levels.
- Take the initiative to set and achieve challenging work goals for one's self and the site administration team.
- Focus own time and energy in order to maintain high work standards.
**What you'll bring**:
- Minimum 2-3 years previous administrative experience within the resource sector.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Positive and energetic approach to work.
- Offshore experience highly regarded.
