Job DescriptionKelly Services is currently accepting candidates with Quality Control Inspector experience for an electronic manufacturer located in Melbourne, FL 32904Pay rate:$18+/hr (Depending on experience) ( shift differential for 2nd and 3rd)Position Type:Full-timeShifts Available:1st shift 7:00am 3:30pm;Monday Friday2nd shift 3:30pm 11:30pm;Monday Friday(train on 1st)3rd shift 10:30pm 7:30am. 
Sunday - Thursday(train on 1st)Quality InspectorThis role is responsible for performing visual, mechanical, and functional inspections of plastic, sheet metal parts, sub-assemblies, and other electronic/electro-mechanical components to ensure conformance to customer specifications. 
The ideal candidate will have experience in quality inspection, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Key Responsibilities:\tPerform visual, mechanical, and functional inspections of materials and components for compliance with customer specifications. 
\tEnter inspection data into log books and internal database systems in real-time. 
\tProvide feedback to engineers and ensure proper documentation is maintained. 
\tConduct visual inspection of printed circuit board assemblies at various stages of the assembly process following IPC-A-610 standards. 
\tCoordinate rework and ensure completed products meet specifications. 
\tPerform first article inspections and process audits as required. 
\tConduct customer quality assurance (CQA), in-process, final, and incoming inspections. 
\tVerify the use of proper routers and ensure adherence to P.O. and drawing requirements. 
\tEnsure proper staging of products and coordination of processing steps. 
\tMaintain ESD integrity within the production environment. 
\tKeep work area clean and organized, ensuring the accuracy of work-in-progress. 
\tAssist in training new employees and perform other duties as needed.Qualifications:\tEducation:Associate's Degree in a relevant field (electronic focus ) or equivalent experience. 
\tExperience:2+ years in inspection in a high-volume, contract-manufacturing setting. 
\tCertifications:IPC-A-600/610/620 Certification, ESD Training.Skills:\tProficient in using electro-mechanical tools (multimeters, calipers, etc.) and basic hand tools. 
\tFamiliarity with operating 3D Automated Optical Inspection (3DAOI) machines. 
\tStrong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and diagrams. 
\tBasic computer skills and experience with ERP systems. 
\tExcellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. 
\tAbility to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and detail. 
\tAbility to interpret detailed drawings and follow complex procedures. 
\tExperience in high-volume environments with a focus on quality. 
\tKnowledge of ISO 9001 and ITAR controlled data is a plus. 
\tFlexibility to work varied hours as needed.
