About the Opportunity
Fairway Lending is looking for a Client Services Manager (CSM) to join our growing mortgage broking team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in mortgage broking, home lending, and finance.
We are open to both experienced industry professionals and candidates looking to break into the mortgage and lending industry. If you bring a great attitude, strong organisation skills, and a passion for helping clients, we'll provide the training and mentorship to help you become a lending rockstar.
You will work closely with the broker and clients to ensure loan applications are structured, submitted, and settled efficiently, while delivering an outstanding client experience from start to finish.
Salary & Benefits
• $60,000 – $70,000 + Super (depending on experience)
• 30% commission on any deals you personally refer
• Full-time position Monday–Friday
• Hands-on training and mentoring

Your Responsibilities
• Analysing clients' borrowing capacity and loan eligibility
• Preparing and submitting mortgage and home loan applications
• Liaising with lenders, banks, and clients throughout the loan process
• Managing CRM systems and maintaining accurate client records
• Completing compliance documentation and internal checklists
• Ordering valuations and credit checks
• Managing loan variations, pricing requests, and discharge requests
• Supporting the broker with client reviews and relationship management
• Ensuring clients are kept updated throughout the application process
• Supporting marketing and business growth initiatives
• General administration and office support
About You
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Interest in mortgage broking, home loans, banking, or finance
• Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident with full working rights
• Minimum Year 12 education qualification
Experience That Would Be Highly Regarded
• Mortgage broking or Client Services Manager experience
• Banking or home lending experience
• Loan processing, credit, or finance administration
• Customer service or administration roles with high attention to detail
