Join My Team - We're Not Just Ticking Boxes - Based in Croydon

I'm 26, adventurous, full of personality, and looking for someone exceptional to be part of my support team. I don't use traditional speech, but don't let that fool you! I'm expressive, smart, and deeply connected. I use a communication app and a whole lot of body language. What I need from you is patience, curiosity, and respect.

A great day with me might include long morning walks, completing home chores, making lunch at home, cooking or bakery runs (sausage roll and pie, yes please), swimming, spa time, and whatever adventure comes next- basketball, scouts, or camp. Routine helps me shine. So does kindness with clear boundaries.

I've lived through trauma, and it shows up in how I think and feel. That's why I need support that's calm, steady, and non-judgmental. I don't need you to fix me - just walk beside me, and listen with more than your ears.

Humour is big for me (I love making people laugh) but I also try hard to please, and that can make me vulnerable. Trust and safety matter, and so do real connections.

My Nanna is my rock. She's raised me and knows me inside out. She, along with my care team, will help guide the way. If you're open to feedback, learning, and showing up as your true self - we'll get along great.

I'm looking for someone who:

* Knows how to hold the line with kindness
* Is playful, curious, and adventurous
* Builds connection, not just provides support

InLife is helping us find the right fit, someone who's not just here for the job, but here for me. Could that be you?

About InLife

We're a rapidly scaling, not-for-profit disability support provider that believes in positively transforming the lives of people with disability. In doing so, we aim to create the highest quality agency we can, ideally reshaping the sector as a whole.

This means we often do things differently. Since we began in 2015, we've made it our mission to examine every part of what a support provider does - from how we structure our teams, to how we recruit and roster, to how we ensure the highest quality support, to how technology acts as an enabler for all that we do.

Our clients tell us they notice this difference, and for many it's had a profound impact on their lives. Supporting more than 250 clients across metropolitan and regional Victoria and only continuing to grow, we want the people who join us to also believe disability support should enable a life of independence and dignity.

Roster and Availability:

* Shifts include weekday and evenings
* Ability and reliability to commit to regular ongoing shifts
* Flexibility to fill in shifts for staff leave and pick up extra shifts
