Essential Criteria
* Demonstrated experience producing high‑quality online software documentation, with exceptional ability to write clear, plain, user‑centred English, including:
* Proven capability to deliver both explanatory and procedural content tailored to multiple audiences (technical, semi‑technical, and non‑technical).
* Strong skill in translating complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and accessible explanations without loss of accuracy.
