Project Technical Lead Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Project Technical Lead.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will provide client-side technical coordination across all phases, including requirements gathering, design reviews, construction oversight, and commissioning. They will also deliver technical leadership and systems engineering oversight to ensure our requirements are clearly defined and successfully met.
Key responsibilities include acting as the Single Point of Contact for all technical matters, leading engineering reviews, and coordinating technical liaison between programs, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Oversee design, development, testing, installation, and deployment activities
* Manage configuration and change control processes
* Provide expert technical advice, including safety and security guidance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A degree in an infrastructure engineering discipline from an Australian tertiary institution or certified equivalent qualification (for overseas qualifications)
* Satisfy the eligibility requirements for registration as a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) with Engineers Australia
* Engineering Registration (RPEQ and RPEV) in relevant engineering discipline(s)

This is a fixed-term contract position with a duration of 12 months. The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of and demonstrated experience applying Systems Engineering practices throughout the SDLC and system management processes.
