Job Description
* Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations.
* Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation accurately.
* Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and other written materials.
* Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
* Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events as required.
* Support team members with day-to-day administrative tasks and projects.
* Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
* Deliver high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Clerical and Administrative Worker should have:
* Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles within the public sector or similar environments.
* Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
* A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
