Job Title: Behavioural Therapist
As a skilled professional, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of clinical services to individuals with diverse needs. Key Responsibilities:
* You will work closely with allied health professionals, support workers, and family members to develop and implement effective strategies that promote positive outcomes for clients.
* Your duties will involve assessing and observing clients' challenging behaviours, identifying areas for improvement, and developing tailored plans to address these issues.
* You will collaborate with clients, families, and support staff to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal service delivery.
Requirements:
* A recognised qualification in Psychology, Counselling, Occupational Therapy, or a related field.
* NDIS registration as a behaviour practitioner or the ability to obtain it within a specified timeframe.
* Experience working with clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, or other complex diagnoses is highly desirable.
* A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
