Receptionist – Wilson Family Optometrists
Part-time: 3 days/week (Tue, Wed, Fri preferred)
Wilson Family Optometrists is looking for a friendly, organised, and enthusiastic receptionist to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to grow your skills in a supportive setting, this role could be perfect for you.
About the Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, helping ensure every visit is seamless and enjoyable. Key responsibilities include:
* Welcoming patients and managing appointments
* Assisting with frame selection and styling
* Conducting basic dispensing and pretesting
* Providing administrative support to the team
