Regional Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our sales team in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive business growth through effective marketing strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
* Achieve annual sales targets by reviewing sales results with the management team and implementing action plans.
* Develop and execute the Go-To-Market strategy for the region, including distributor development, by analyzing ongoing sales opportunities and visiting end-user customers within the region.
* Create a market model map and size of business opportunities, and onboard new distributors with product and sales training.
* Drive business growth through effective marketing by presenting information about new products and applications, developing and implementing sales- and marketing programs, and targeting key market sectors.
