About The Role
In this role, you will help manage the storage and distribution of products by working with the warehouse and dispatch team. You will support the team as an all‑rounder, providing excellent customer service, handling administrative tasks, and exercising strong multi‑tasking skills.
Key Information
Location: Arundel, Queensland, Australia.
Hours: Monday – Friday, Full Time Permanent.
Reporting: Regional Manager – Gold Coast.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
* Previous experience in a warehouse or admin role preferred but not essential
* Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
* Comfortable navigating necessary computer systems for warehouse upkeep
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to remain composed in a fast‑paced work environment and under pressure
Duties & Responsibilities
* Assist with stock control and purchase orders
* Prepare and manifest run sheets, invoices and outgoing paperwork, and register and process all picking tickets to ensure all orders are completed
* Follow through on orders and arrange new deliveries as required
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments to deliver seamless customer service
