W Sydney located at 31 Wheat Road is now casting for a Finance Officer focusing on Accounts Receivable. Reporting to the Financial Controller, the role will provide day to day operational finance support to the wider team and presents an amazing opportunity to play a key role in the world's largest W Hotel. JOB SUMMARY The Finance Officer - Accounts Receivable's primary responsibility is to ensure all outgoing invoices are accurate and are dispersed in a timely manner. Reconcile and allocate payment from all sources, including credit cards. Follow up on any delinquent accounts internal and external. Research credit authorisation for new customer. Assist Finance Manager in conducting periodic credit meetings. To be successful as a Finance Officer, you will be skilled in Accounts Receivable duties and will be curious and keen to learn other areas of the finance operation to create a cohesive and sharing team which will also allow you to grow within the business.
