Your new role
As a Senior Business Analyst (Expert Level), you will play a key role in driving multi‑stream analysis across a broad transformation agenda. In this role, you will:
Lead and coordinate analysis activities across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment between business needs, solution design, and delivery outcomes.
Facilitate workshops with internal teams and external stakeholders to refine requirements, define processes, and validate future‑state solutions.
Develop high‑quality analysis artefacts including process maps, requirements documentation, gap analyses, and operating model recommendations.
Act as a subject matter expert, providing strategic consultation and guiding stakeholders through solution considerations and transformation decisions.
Present complex information clearly to senior stakeholders across the business.
Support project governance through planning, status reporting, risk identification, and dependency management.
Work collaboratively across front, middle, and back‑office transformation streams to ensure consistent documentation and traceability.
You will be part of a Sydney‑based team of approximately 30 professionals, known for its stability, collaboration, and transparent working style.
What you'll need to succeed
10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, or Project Delivery professional within financial services (e.g., asset management, investment operations, custody).
Proven expertise leading analysis across multiple streams in complex programmes.
Strong consulting capability and ability to interpret client or business strategy.
Exceptional communication, documentation and presentation skills, particularly with senior audiences.
Experience working with complex operating models and large‑scale transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of the end‑to‑end investment lifecycle
The ability to operate effectively in a fast‑moving, highly collaborative environment.
