Role Overview
The Byron Bay warehouse is seeking motivated team members to support front‐of‐store operations, including registers, self‐service checkouts, and the service desk. This role plays a key part in delivering a positive customer experience. Daytime and weekend availability is required, with both full‐time and part‐time roles available.
Responsibilities
* Provide customers with the best experience across the store
* Manage stock efficiently while keeping the workspace clean and tidy
* Serve customers with a smile at our checkout registers
Qualifications and Expectations
* Genuine passion for customer experience, with energy and enthusiasm
* Ability to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers
* Enthusiasm for learning about products and services, readiness to lend a hand across different areas of the store
* Act with integrity, be safe and do your best
* Work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)
Earnings
Adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $28.64 per hour.
