Do you have a passion for making a real difference in young people's lives? Kingswim is seeking an enthusiastic and engaging individual to join the leadership team at Caroline Springs, in the role of Assistant Centre Manager.
This unique opportunity allows you to work alongside the Centre Manager to build and develop a high-performance team, becoming the swim school of choice in the region. As Assistant Centre Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Programming our learn-to-swim program
* Delivering customer service excellence
* Maintaining team performance - quality both in and out of the pool
* Managing OH&S and facility maintenance
* Fostering community engagement
You will play a key role in the leadership team, working collaboratively with colleagues to drive results and achieve our goals. This is a permanent full-time role, offering opportunities for growth and development.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced leader who can motivate and support their team members. The ideal candidate will have:
* Leadership experience and a keen interest in working within a family-friendly environment
* A strong focus on people, with the ability to motivate and support the team
* Personal and professional aspirations to provide high-quality learn-to-swim lessons to the local community
* Strong time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
