This full-time role offers the unique opportunity to work across multiple clinic locations, where you’ll play a vital part in creating meaningful client experiences, supporting clinical teams, and helping people reconnect with the world through better hearing.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Clinic Coordinator Floater, you’ll:

o Travel between clinics in the Gold Coast region, supporting front-of-house and clinic operations
o Greet and assist clients with empathy, professionalism, and warmth
o Manage appointment bookings and handle phone/email enquiries
o Support Audiologists and Hearing Technicians with clinic administration and coordination
o Educate clients on hearing aid solutions, funding options, and available services
o Apply client-specific service and sales strategies to help deliver the best outcomes
o Maintain accurate records, manage stock, and ensure clinic readiness
What You’ll Bring
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

o Previous experience in customer service or sales (ideally in retail, pharmacy, healthcare, or hearing care)
o Confidence and empathy when supporting older clients
o Great communication skills and a team-focused attitude
o Flexibility, strong organisation skills, and reliability—especially when travelling between clinics
o Computer literacy and attention to detail
o HSC or TAFE qualification (or equivalent)
