Recruiting Coordinator Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Recruiting Coordinator to assist with new job requisitions and ensure accurate record keeping in our applicant tracking system.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
* At least 1 year of experience in human resources or recruiting coordination
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience working in a similar role at Amazon or subsidiaries
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
