On behalf of a local government organisation, we are seeking an experienced
Marketing Officer
to join their Communications, Marketing & Engagement team on a temporary full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on marketing professional who can step in, take ownership and deliver high-quality campaigns that support a diverse range of community services and initiatives.
What you'll be doing:
Delivering and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns
Managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising
Managing Google Ads campaigns
Executing email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp or similar)
Developing engaging digital and online content
Coordinating advertising bookings and external marketing services
Supporting brand management across digital, print and online channels
Building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
You'll be joining a small, energetic and highly collaborative team of Marketing Officers and Graphic Designers who pride themselves on a positive and supportive culture.
What we're looking for:
* Degree in Marketing or related discipline
* Proven experience delivering and reviewing marketing plans
* Strong understanding of brand, creative and contemporary marketing practices
* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads and email platforms
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time and within budget
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills
* Current Class C Driver's Licence
* Back-end website management/design experience (highly regarded)
