We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our FOH team.
The successful applicant will:
* Have proven experience in a similar role
* Possess a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
* Be confident in problem solving and time management
* Lead, motivate, and direct staff in a positive manner
* Follow company procedures and uphold high service standards
* Be proficient with POS systems
* Be highly customer-service oriented
* Be able to prepare rosters, monitor staff performance, manage stock levels, and maintain appropriate wage costs
This is a hands-on role within a small business, not an office/admin position.
Requirements:
* Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
* Roster: Wednesday to Sunday, 2:30pm – 10:30pm
Salary: $77,000 – $85,000 p.a. (3-month probation applies)
