Job Opportunity:
We are seeking highly skilled professionals to support the delivery of complex projects in regional Queensland locations. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various aspects of contract administration, including reviewing and approving documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and policies, and communicating with stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage contract administration activities, including reviewing and approving documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and policies
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and clients
* Maintain accurate records and reports, including contract progress, payments, and variations
* Ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks, meeting deadlines and milestones
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent qualification
* Experience in project delivery and site construction
* Proven ability to coordinate and operate across complex stakeholder groups
* Excellent understanding of Australian Standards and Policies
