Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll oversee a dedicated team of managers and drive initiatives that improve efficiency, profitability, and compliance with key legislation, such as the Container Deposit Scheme (CDS). Key responsibilities include:Ensuring operational excellence through innovation, process improvement, and resource optimisation.Proactively identifying and capturing growth opportunities within the recycling industry.Developing strategic partnerships with stakeholders to enhance Scouts SA’s recycling reputation.Championing risk management, compliance, and Work Health and Safety (WHS) practices.Driving financial sustainability and achieving key performance targets.Fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture within recycling operations.This role is your chance to shape the future of recycling, leverage cutting-edge technologies, and leave a lasting impact on the community and environment.Skills and Experiences:We’re looking for a visionary leader with a passion for sustainability and a proven ability to deliver results.
