About the role
Kaefer Integrated Services Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Rigging Supervisor for a 6 week project based in the Pilbara Region. POH will be Perth only and offered on an 8:6 roster.
The successful candidate must hold an S26 supervisor certificate to be considered for the role.
What you'll be doing
* Supervise and coordinate rigging crews to complete construction tasks safely and efficiently
* Develop and implement work plans, schedules, and procedures to ensure project deadlines are met
* Ensure all rigging equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition
* Monitor and enforce workplace health and safety policies and procedures
* Provide training and support to rigging crew members as needed
* Communicate with project managers and other stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues or concerns
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a Rigging Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the Construction industry
* Excellent knowledge of rigging techniques, equipment, and safety protocols
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues quickly
* Commitment to workplace health and safety and a proven track record of implementing safety procedures
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in rigging, construction, or a related field
* S26 Supervisor Certificate is a MUST.
