As a key member of our healthcare team, you'll collaborate closely with nurses, general practitioners, physiotherapists, dietitians, occupational therapists, social workers, and other allied health professionals to shape the future of care delivery.

You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care, driving innovation, and continuous improvement. You will:

1. Reduce avoidable hospital admissions through early intervention and comprehensive care.

2. Prescribe medications and provide specialist referrals as part of holistic, resident-focused treatment plans.
\
3. Support wellness initiatives, including monitoring residents on wellness programs and following up in partnership with GPs.
\
4. Lead clinical research by collecting, analysing, and interpreting wellbeing program data.
\
5. Contribute to policy development and shape best-practice care models within the aged care sector.
\
6. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive meaningful change and improve outcomes for residents, families, and key stakeholders.
\
7. Develop and implement evidence-based practice guidelines and protocols to enhance the quality of care.
\
8. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care services and make recommendations for improvement.
\
9. Provide education and training to staff members on new procedures, policies, and best practices.
\
10. Foster strong relationships with residents, their families, and external partners to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal outcomes.
\
11. Work collaboratively with leadership to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organization's vision and goals.
\
12. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory requirements, and best practices in aged care to ensure compliance and excellence.

13. Manage conflicts and crises effectively, using diplomacy and problem-solving skills to resolve issues promptly and fairly.
\
14. Provide feedback and coaching to staff members to help them grow professionally and personally.
\
15. Play an active role in succession planning and talent development to ensure a strong pipeline of leaders and skilled professionals.

16. Participate in performance reviews, goal setting, and career development discussions to support staff growth and achievement.
