101 Residential, part of the Scott Park Group, is an award‐winning Perth‐based homebuilder specialising in affordable, spacious two‐storey and single‐storey homes. Through clever design and high‐quality construction, we help our customers maximise every square metre, even on the narrowest of blocks.
We are currently seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team in a full‐time permanent capacity. Experience in residential construction highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately estimate costs for all stages of residential building projects
* Read and interpret building plans and specifications;
* Production of Building contracts and addendas;
* Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure accurate costings, material orders and supplier pricing; and
* Assist with variations to plans, materials and delivery timelines.
About You
* Previous estimating experience within the residential construction industry (two‐storey experience desirable)
* Strong understanding of building processes and supplier management
* Exceptional attention to detail and problem‐solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced, deadline‐driven environment
* Proactive communicator and team player
