These services support families with children aged 0 to 5 years needing extra support and advice about:Sleep and settlingBreastfeedingChild behaviour problemsParenting concernsFeeding and weaning difficultiesStress and anxietyPostnatal distress/depressionThis Service works in partnership with specialised programs to support vulnerable families across the Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD)For more information about this role, please view the Position DescriptionAbout YouDemonstrated ability to meet the essential criteria as outlined in the Position Description. Please detail and upload a copy of any relevant Qualifications, Registrations or Licences required for the role.Demonstrated experience working with parents/carers/families with children aged 0 to 5 years, including parents/carers/families with psycho-social vulnerabilities.Ability to identify, address and respond appropriately to safety concerns for infants and children, with demonstrated experience in consulting and responding to instances where an infant or child is at risk of significant harm (ROSH).Provide service delivery in Child and Family Health Care cottages located at Wyong and GosfordApplicants must have current work rights in Australia or be a permanent resident or citizen.
