About the Traineeship
* Work a minimum of 3 shifts per week in an aged care setting over 12 months
* Gain a nationally recognised Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) through TLC Learning
* Secure ongoing employment opportunities within TLC Aged Care homes in the Geelong region.
