**Your new role**
As the Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for the day to day retail operations of the branch, resource management and staff development. Some of your key duties will be:
- Responsible for the day to day operations of the branch; cash management, ensuring full compliance with all procedures
- Lead and manage day to day branch operations with focus on consistent delivery of excellent customer experience
- Works independently and takes ownership of issues, accurate and proper records management and tactful resolutions of queries and escalations from internal & external customers
- Ensure that branch premises are properly maintained
- Provide operational support to staff
- Effectively manage the resource allocation of the branch to meet the needs of the business.
**What you'll need to succeed**
For you to be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience in managing, coaching and developing staff
- Performance management
- Ability to effectively work in a team
- To effectively lead and motivate a team
- Respond well to change
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effectively determine priorities and allocate work accordingly
- Manage conflict
- Ability to investigate and follow up queries.
