Key Responsibilities
* Receive, dispatch and manage inventory efficiently
* Operate a forklift safely and in compliance with WH&S requirements
* Perform manual handling duties, including some heavy lifting
* Maintain a clean, secure, and organised work environment
* Work independently while contributing to team goals
Qualifications
* Current and valid forklift licence (essential)
* High reach forklift experience 3+ years
* Previous experience in a warehouse or cold storage workplace
* Sound knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety (WH&S) practices
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Excellent communication and numeracy skills
* Intermediate computer skills
* Ability to take ownership of the role and work with minimal supervision
* Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks, able to lift 20kg consistently
* RF scanner experience
* 5+ years warehouse experience
