**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Finance Business Partnering Advisor is responsible for supporting the activities of the Finance Business Partnering Team by acting as the first point of contact for stakeholders. The role is responsible for ensuring that service provision is in line with the Finance Service Catalogue, ensuring that stakeholders receive appropriate support in a timely manner and to a high standard. They will leverage their knowledge of the business to assist stakeholders resolve issues either directly or via assistance from specialists with the Finance Team.

You have impeccable communication skills, are analytical, organised and a natural problem solver.

You enjoy building trusting relationships, collaborating with your Team and taking initiative.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
- Sound understanding of routine financial activities and experience in providing high level support to stakeholders in using and understanding a variety of financial tools including financial performance reports and dashboards.
- Demonstrated ability to translate and deliver financial information to key stakeholders to inform decision making.
- Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description.

**WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE**

This position offers a base salary range of $94,483 - $99,267 p.a plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
