A highly skilled and experienced leader is sought to manage a retail store. As the Lead Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining excellent customer service standards and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage store financials, KPIs, and stock levels to ensure optimal performance
2. Champion customer service excellence through proactive engagement with customers
3. Built strong relationships with Field Sales Representatives to drive business growth
4. Train, motivate, and upskill your team to achieve outstanding results
5. Maintain high health and safety standards in the workplace
