GCESS is a not-for-profit Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) provider that has been established since 1992. IEA is funded by the Australian Government to help people living with disability, injury or health condition find and keep a job, and help employers find the right people to keep their business moving.
Your main responsibilities in this role will include -
* Facilitate industry connections and employment opportunities for jobseekers
* Provide tailored case management services
* Facilitate job readiness training for jobseekers
* Broker sustainable employment placements for jobseekers
* Partner with employers to coordinate recruitment and onboarding services
* Build stakeholder relationships with employers, and industry partners to formulate training and employment initiatives
* Providing workplace support for jobseekers
The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, a solution focus and the drive to achieve positive outcomes for all stakeholders.
Skills and qualifications
* Experience in Employment Services, Community Service, Recruitment and/or Sales or the passion and drive to help jobseekers reach their employment goals
* IT skills including MS Office
* Current Driver's License
* A Working with Children check
* First Aid & CPR
