Event Services Team Leader
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Event Services Team Leader to join our team at the National Convention Centre Canberra. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic and professional team in delivering truly inspiring events to our guests.
The Job:
As an Event Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading your team on shift and delegating tasks to ensure the smooth running of the Event Services Department. You will need to lead a section during events and ensure client satisfaction throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading a team of event services staff
* Delegating tasks and ensuring efficient operations
* Providing training and support to team members
* Ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
Requirements:
Responsibility, strong customer focus, adaptability, reliability, and experience leading a team are essential skills for this role. Full Australian working rights are also required.
