Key Responsibilities
* Analyze client install bases, historical spend patterns, and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for enterprise-level solutions.
* Develop tailored service plans that align with each key account's unique needs while maintaining profitability.
* Collaborate with finance, regions, and service delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are executable and profitable.
* Monitor the competitive landscape and anticipate market responses to our evolving enterprise approach.
* Build financial models that clearly demonstrate value to clients while protecting our margins.
* Partner with account teams to present and implement customized solutions.
* Establish metrics and tracking systems to measure the success of enterprise solutions.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's in business administration, business, or data analytics, or finance. An MBA is preferred, along with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
* Strong business acumen and strategic mindset.
* Data analytics skills - PowerBI, Tableau.
* Established experience in customer relationship management and business development.
* A clear understanding of business needs and challenges.
* The ability to collaborate, coordinate, and motivate teams.
* Strong influencing capabilities.
