CrewSELECT is seeking an experienced Site Services Supervisor to join our client's team, working with a global provider of engineered industrial fixed plant equipment. Job Overview: Locations: Hybrid/Adhoc - Workshop, Site, and Offshore Role Dynamics: Ideal for those who enjoy both hands-on and supervisory aspects of the trade Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise work crews on-site, ensuring efficient job completion. Proactively meet customer standards and expectations. Prioritize on-site shutdowns, service, and maintenance work, sometimes requiring short-notice deployment. Ensure operations maintain the highest possible standards. Oversee incident and hazard reporting, conduct investigations, and implement risk reduction actions. Accurately complete site timesheets in a timely manner. Participate in labor resource selection and scheduling to ensure optimal crew assignment. Supervise, mentor, and develop tradespeople, addressing personnel issues as needed. Manage site jobs to deliver quality results on time, within budget, and to specification. About the Role: Employment Type: Permanent, full-time. Compensation: Competitive salary (based on experience) with bonuses and additional allowances: Workshop/Home Rate - $50 per hour. Site Rate - $65 per hour $5 temp uplift Night Shift Site Rate - $71.50 $5 temp uplift International Site Rate - $71.50 $5 temp uplift Travel Rate - $50 per hour. Work Environment: Site, offshore, and local workshop based in Malaga. This is not a roster it is Adhoc work. Benefits: Flights, accommodation, and meals provided on-site. About You: Safety and Housekeeping: Maintain high standards in workshop safety and housekeeping. Technical Skills: Assemble and fit machined parts, including drilling holes and tapping threads. Ensure tightness of joints and operation of moving parts, making final adjustments as needed. Cut, thread, bend, and install hydraulic and pneumatic pipes and lines. Clean and lubricate assembled articles. Shrink-fit parts using oxy-acetylene torches, presses, dry ice, or liquid nitrogen. Manufacture, repair, and fault-find hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. Inspect machinery regularly, performing adjustments or repairs as needed. Travel to and from site work for short-term projects. Documentation and Reporting: Interpret and understand work-packs, engineering drawings, and hydraulic schematics; record and report findings. Mentorship: Guide and mentor crew team members, including apprentices, to strive for excellence and quality. Compliance: Assist and enforce the review and completion of all necessary documentation and reporting. Required Tickets and Licenses: Trade Certificate - Mechanical Fitter or Boilermaker. Schedule 26 or Section 44 - Mining Supervisor Certification. Demonstrate First Attack Fire Fighting Equipment (within 2 years). First Aid (within 3 years) Heights Certificate (within 2 years). Confined Space and Gas Testing Certificate (within 2 years). Construction White Card. Driver's License.
