Daracon’s strong reputation is founded in its customer and employee focused approach to business.We are currently looking for an experienced Traffic Manager to join our team leading the traffic function for one of our key infrastructure projects on the Central Coast.The role:Writing and implementing effective traffic management plans that meet client, community and project requirements;Carrying out regular inspections of the traffic control measures to ensure that they are effective;Amending and updating the plans, as required, to ensure that they remain current as the work progresses;Identifying areas where the plan can be updated and improved due to poor traffic flow or safety concerns;Liaising and facilitating regular meetings with the Client on traffic management matters for the project on traffic management matters;Liaising with the Project Manager and Community Liaison Manager to ensure appropriate consultation occurs with impacted stakeholders in relation to traffic plans;Providing induction on traffic management measures to site personnel;Recording and reporting on all traffic incidents;Preparing monthly reportsYour Skills & Experience:Proven experience in Traffic Management;Experience on TfNSW and RMS Sites;Drivers license and reliable transport;Safety focused and driven;Expert communication skills;Ability to work well in a team;Ability to develop strong functional relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholdersThis is a new position that represents a fantastic opportunity to make the position your own and achieve genuine recognition for your success.This is an excellent opportunity to work with a stable and supportive employer, where you will be recognised for your high level of skill and contribution to the team.
