You'll work closely with IT, business stakeholders, and external partners to manage risks, respond to incidents, and promote a culture of security awareness. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the business and the opportunity to shape how we protect what matters most.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead security operations, incident response, and investigations.
* Administer and optimise security tools including Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and Purview.
* Contribute to cybersecurity strategy, governance, and compliance (ISO 27001, NIST).

* Deliver security awareness programs in partnership with People & Culture.
* Collaborate across departments to embed security into projects and operations.
* Provide expert advice on secure design and implementation of ICT initiatives.
* About You
* You're a proactive and strategic cybersecurity professional with deep expertise in Microsoft security technologies and a passion for continuous improvement. You thrive in collaborative environments and can translate complex security concepts into practical solutions that support business goals.
You Bring:
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Defender Suite, Sentinel, Purview, and Azure AD.
* Experience with SIEM, SOAR, IAM, DLP, and Zero Trust Architecture.
* Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* A forward-thinking mindset and commitment to staying ahead of emerging threats.
What We Offer
* A dynamic and rewarding role in a market-leading, family-owned business.
* Competitive salary package with access to our annual performance bonus program.
* Opportunities for professional development and certification.
* Access to our Health and Wellbeing Program, including an onsite gym.
