The Role:
* Provide end-to-end administrative support across the listing lifecycle
* Streamline workflows in collaboration with the Operations Team
* Maintain accurate, compliant sales and listing files
* Assist with onboarding new agents and system setup
* Support Saturday open homes
What We're Looking For:
* Current Certificate of Registration & Driver's License with a reliable car – essential.
* Previous experience in a similar role within real estate.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly organised with excellent time management abilities.
* Strong computer literacy and confidence across various admin platforms.
