**The Role**
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in promoting our Montessori Academy campuses and contributing to the growth of our organisation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to promote brand visibility and engagement across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Create engaging and compelling content including text, image, and video content that resonates with our target audience.
- Manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms including content creation, scheduling, posting, and community management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and videographers to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
- Analyse social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage the content creation process from ideation to shoot coordination and final publication, ensuring all content is delivered on time and meets quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external contributors to gather input, approvals, and feedback on content.
**About You**
- 1-2 years proven experience in a similar role
- Fun and energetic with excellent communication skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- High level attention to detail
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems
- Highly organised with excellent project management skills
- Experience in survey design, data collection, and analysis
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Visual Design or Business
- Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices is a plus
