**The Exciting Opportunity**:
**Key aspects of the role include**:
- **Permanent position for an experienced **HR Advisor - lead HR person for the business**:
- **Expanding business - really make the role your own, company very open to ideas and new energy**:
- **Provide advice and coaching to staff and managers regarding organisational procedures, policies and employment conditions**:
- **This role will report to the Finance Manager in Perth office (with occasional travel to Broome) or based in Broome at Broome office**:
- **Workforce of 65 people, looking to expand to 80 in the next year**:
- **Oversee recruitment activities and labour hire agreements/companies**:
- **Manage daily HR issues, employment contracts, W/C issues**:
- **Some work with payroll for leave and absenteeism**:
- **There will be some travel to the plant and stations**:
- **Manage end to end employee lifecycle for company employees**
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
- Demonstrated operational HR Generalist experience
- Proven IR/ER experience and some experience working with and interpreting EBA's, Awards and Legislation
- Recruitment background - experience liaising with labour hire companies
- Experience managing workers compensation
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders
- Resilient, and solutions oriented; able to deliver impactful advice to leaders individually and in group settings
- Excellent and written and verbal communication and skills
- Ability to work autonomously with high organisational and attention to detail skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Energetic and goal driven with passion to help take business to the next level
