Through recent growth they need to increase their sales staff and are seeking a fully experienced New Car Sales Consultant to join their team. The dealership trades 7 days, however a 10 day fortnight roster applies, with two weekend days off per month. The dealership offers an excellent income stream and a friendly working atmosphere. Applicants for this position must have current or recent experience gained as a New Car Sales Consultant in a franchised dealership environment. You will have strong sales, closing, organisational and people-handling skills, be seeking a long term position and have the drive and energy to maximize every opportunity. Salary will consist of a retainer of $53440, Sunday load, super, commission ranging from $4500 to $6500 per month, and you choice of a car or car allowance.
