The Role
As the HSE Advisor you will ensure site health and safety by supporting HSE, WHS, and COR compliance. You will do this by providing guidance on risk management and safe work practices and promoting a strong safety culture focused on continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include:
* Support implementation and use of the HSE Management System across sites
* Assist with incident, emergency, and hazardous substances management
* Identify, assess, and control workplace risks, including SWMS development
* Conduct inspections, audits, and incident investigations (ICAM)
* Support corrective actions, compliance, and return-to-work processes
* Educate and consult with workers through inductions and safety meetings
* Ensure legal and organisational HSE compliance
* Take personal responsibility for safety, reporting, training, and environmental protection
The Person
Join this company in an exciting time of growth and be a part of the safety journey and implementation. You will hold a Diploma in WHS/OHS (Cert IV preferred). Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills, will equip you with stakeholder engagement, safety strategy, and relationship building. You will be capable of working independently or in a team, with excellent communication and adaptability skills. Full Australian Drivers Licence and willingness to travel between sites with access to a company pool car.
