The Opportunity
This role will see you providing hands‐on support across a range of family law matters, with a strong focus on organisation, communication, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing disclosure processes and compiling financial documentation
* Liaising with clients, courts, barristers, and external parties
* Drafting legal documents including affidavits, applications, and correspondence
* Filing and serving court documents
* Assisting with trial and hearing preparation, including court bundles
* Managing key dates, deadlines, and matter coordination
* General administrative support across matters
About You
* Previous experience in a paralegal or legal support role
* Family law experience is highly regarded
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‐quality work
* Excellent communication skills and a professional approach
* A team‐oriented mindset with the ability to build strong working relationships
* A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of your work
