We are seeking an Offshore Web & Marketing Systems Specialist to take ownership of our website and support campaign execution across the business. This is a hands‐on role focused on building, updating, and maintaining the website so campaigns can go live quickly and accurately.
Key Focus
* Manage all website updates across programs, classes, trials, and events.
* Build and optimize campaign landing pages.
* Ensure seamless user journeys, bookings, and links.
Core Responsibilities
* Update and maintain content across multiple venues.
* Build landing pages using templates or new layouts.
* Identify and fix broken links, errors, and inconsistencies.
* Implement SEO updates provided by the SEO specialist.
* Support tracking setup (Google Analytics, pixels).
Must have:
* Strong CMS experience (WordPress).
* Basic HTML/CSS capability.
* Able to build and update pages independently.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Comfortable working at pace with a high volume of updates.
Not Suitable For:
* General virtual assistants.
* Pure developers without marketing understanding.
* Candidates who rely on others to execute tasks.
Success Indicators
* Website is consistently accurate and up to date.
* Campaign pages go live quickly with no delays.
* Reduced dependency on the onshore team.
