Manufacturing Coordinator Job Description
The Manufacturing Coordinator will oversee operational duties including correcting staff timesheets, printing documentation and supporting the Quality Assurance team.
1. Correcting and updating staff timesheets for accurate financial tracking.
2. Printing Semi-Finished Goods and Final HATAS documentation for production tracking to ensure timely delivery of products.
3. Uploading monthly production data to SAP for all products (VPAC, AHU and FCU) to provide detailed insights into manufacturing performance.
4. Supporting the Quality Assurance team with HATAS documentation and manufacturing date verifications to guarantee product quality.
5. Creating purchase orders for non-stock items such as uniforms PPE and PE team requirements.
6. Reconciling invoices from suppliers to ensure accurate financial tracking.
7. Assisting Trainers with administration to document training plans and results.
8. Maintaining attendance and test result registers on training to track employee development.
9. Coordinating with HR updates to Team Member rosters and variations to contracts to ensure seamless workforce management.
10. Managing Workers Compensation updates for the Manufacturing Team to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will have:
11. Previous experience in a Coordinator or similar environment and position.
12. Exposure to Supply Chain and accounting knowledge.
13. Strong exposure to SAP and Microsoft is ideal but not essential.
14. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
15. Well-developed communication and problem-solving skills.
16. Experience in a high-volume environment & ability to work under pressure.
17. Japanese speaking ability (desirable).
