About the Role
As a Clinical Aged Care Needs Assessor, Statewide Aged Care Assessment Service (ACAS) you will undertake comprehensive assessments of aged clients in a variety of community and hospital settings. Your primary objective will be to undertake comprehensive needs-based assessments of clients using the Integrated Assessment Tool (IAT) within the Aged Care Assessor application. You will enter accurate data from assessment information using the Aged Care Assessor application and the My Aged Care system.
