Job Summary
A 6-month contract is available for a Payroll Lead to cover maternity leave. The successful candidate will manage the payroll function and provide timely services for over 450 employees.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in leading payroll operations within a medium-sized organisation with complex payroll needs.
* Strong knowledge of payroll legislation
* Demonstrated expertise in applying modern awards and enterprise agreements
* Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
The Payroll Lead will be responsible for:
* Managing the payroll function and providing accurate, timely services
* Maintaining strong relationships with HR and other stakeholders
We offer a competitive salary package including:
* Up to $15,900 for mortgage, rent, or living expenses
* $2,650 for meals and entertainment
